Bethany from Grace loans is so lovely, polite, helpful and professional. With the market changing like it is at the moment, other companies advised they were limited with the services they could offer, but Beth thoroughly investigated all avenues and lenders, and came up with a few viable options that would work in our circumstances. I'm immensely grateful for the service provided by Grace Financials. We didn't know where to start the loan application process or what to do, so we felt overwhelmed. Bethany and her team have gone over and beyond, they have explained, advised and guided during this process in the smoothest way possible. They are always able to answer any questions you will come across. We were able to find the right lender and get the approval in a timely and efficient manner. WOW! We've just settled! I am beyond grateful for Beth's services - she has been consistently professional, kind and capable and VERY patient with my thousand questions and drawn out circumstances. When my previous broker pretty was essentially saying 'NO' (considering my challenging circumstances), Beth was able to say 'YES' and 'CAN DO' very quickly, offering hope for what seemed a pretty bleak situation at the time. "Grace Loans" - in the truest sense of the word! Beth reassured me every step of the way and stayed in touch. Very prompt in getting back to me and following up, always courteous and at the same time very human (that's a compliment!)
