My motor home was severely damaged and the attention to detail the workmanship that James and Nick displayed was great I could not speak higher of them not a thing I had to worry about and the repairs are just great a big thank you so happy

Spent $156,000 on a 5th Wheeler. Poor workmanship nothing but trouble. Slide seals fail everytime slides open. Folding table stapled to kitchen sink feel off 10metres from driving off the lot. Curtains for show, no use. Toilet gasket leaks, fresh water pipe leaked. No electrical wiring certificate provided. No helpful after sales service. Rip off.

We, at ACTIV RV do in house servicing of vehicles, and have an Automotive Repair Industry Council Tradesman with 36years of experience and 11 years experience in converting American Vehicles from L to R hand drive. We are also Licenced Motor Dealers. Who would be more qualified to do your servicing..? We are always just a phone call away.. At ACTIV RV, we have on occasion, recommended Australian Warranty Network for certain types of vehicles, that do not come with a Manufacturer's Warranty, including the above mentioned vehicle. We find them excellent to deal with. We have found, that as long as the customer abides by the conditions and servicing stipulations set out in their contract, which the customer signs, agreeing to the terms..The contract's service schedule clearly stipulates that the servicing must be carried out /undertaken by a qualified person/business, and at the stipulated intervals. We are unaware of any warranty or warranty company that would honour a warranty where the customer carries out the work themselves.

Shocking. Attitude was poor-after sales service was extremely poor-they wipe their hands of you as soon as they get their money. Don't buy a car and van package-they dont explain the warranty details for the car and it is extremely\y easy to void your warranty. They know nothing about the car or where to get it serviced, and give you incorrect advice. Make sure you read every word of contract and don't rely on what owner tells you to do as far as service of the car goes. So far has cost us $8000 after being told the wrong information from the owner. He is not helpful but says he sold us the warranty. He did - but didnt explain anything in the contract nor the stringent conditions. He had a duty of care which he ignores. Buyer be very, very aware
