So happy with the quality of care and abundance of communication from the staff at LM Toronto. We are always greeted by a bunch of smiling faces and kept well informed (about my child, activities, illnesses in the area and local community events that may be of interest). No ask is too big for the staff when it comes to our routine, sleep etc. I feel that my child is safe, well cared for and even more exceptionally, cared about, when in their care. I cannot thank the incredible staff at LM Toronto enough

Both my kids have attended this daycare and they are by far the best. They are caring and have the time to listen to parents. Cant recommend them enough.

Definitely do NOT reccomend. Staff turn over is through the roof and it's easy to see why. The business model is based purely on profits. Toronto branch is a training facility, using our kids as the crash test dummies, the genuine and caring staff are usually shipped off to other centres while the conveyor belt of young teens are ushered in and paid peanuts with minimal support from the upper echelons. You'll be forced to pay fees for your child even when the centre closed if you're unlucky enough to be enrolled on a public holiday, boosting the profits. (Casuals aren't entitled to leave payments) The centre mixed younger and older kids into a single room with the promise to the community of making room for special needs children who would be supported by an NDIS program... that was 3 years ago and still nothing has eventuated. Making the scheme look very much like cost cutting to maximise the profits once again. The misinformation that was distributed about vaccination requirements was scary, when confronted they changed tact very sneakily. You'd think with all the profits they'd have the air-conditioning units maintained and cleaned on a regular schedule, instead you'd find diffusers set up to seemingly mask the smells. I had high hopes for the new management but it seems they fell into the old rut and nothing changed. Thankfully today was the last day for us, just had to make sure we were signed out after receiving an email saying our child HAD to attend otherwise we'd be charged extras. Robbie and Susan, you need to take a good hard look at yourselves. **In reply to the comment below: The misinformation waround the vaccination was written to be suggesting that parent have their kids jabbed as a requirement to attend. This was pointed out to Ben the PR guy (who had no idea on the DoE guidelines) and subtlety changed without acknowledging their misinformation to those who'd already been given the falsely written correspondence. We've spoken to numerous staff who've all not known of any air-conditioning servicing or cleaning schedules. **I'm happy to be proven wrong with service/cleaning reports from the contractor... I don't envisage that happening though. Profits before Pre-schooners is my take away from it all. I sincerely hope others take warning from our experience and find somewhere that puts the kids before the profits and those who're still stuck, stand up and make your voice heard.

Beautiful centre with beautiful educators who actually care for your childrens emotion well-being and physical development. Great range of age appropriate resources for the kids. Our public school came past to see the transition to kindergarten program ran at little miracles and was extremely impressed and mentioned she had not seen anything as great as it before. Centre manager Jen is a mum also, extremely approachable and easy to talk to about anything. Definitely an above standard facility!
