Excellent customer service. We had a hiccup with delivery today to Eleebana but I cannot express how impressed I am with Jamie at Oz Landscapes. Extremely good communication and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted and to my satisfaction. I did not expect such a high level of customer care and I was seriously blown away with their service. I will definitely be using Oz Landscapes again for my future projects. Keep up the great work.

I have dealt with Oz Landscape supplies several times in the past and have have been happy with both the materials supplied and with the prices. However, in the last couple of months I have wanted to order a cubic metre of their decorative snow gum pebbles and when I originally phoned them in December 2022 I was told that they were in stock and that I could pick them up at either the Toronto or Cameron Park outlets. I hooked up my trailer and headed to Cameron Park only to be told when I got there that they had been unable to obtain the blue stone sourced from the Teralba quarry but that they could substitute a brown stone into the mix instead. This was not what I wanted so I said that I would wait until they could supply what I needed. Needless to say I was unhappy that I had wasted half a morning towing the trailer to Cameron Park for nothing. After nearly two months I called Oz Landscape Supplies again and this time they said that they had what I needed so I hooked up my trailer and went this time to Toronto. When I asked for a cubic metre of pebbles the guy at the office noted that My trailer was dual axle and capable of carrying the weight of the load and that my towing vehicle was also rated to pull the laden trailer. He made the comment that the load weight should come in at around 1300kg for a cubic metre. The trailer was loaded by a woman driving a front end loader and she seemed to have a lot of trouble actually filling the half cubic metre capacity bucket attached to the loader, seeming to lack the correct technique of how to use the bucket as a scoop. When she couldn't fill it she just loaded what she had in the bucket into my trailer for each of the two bucket loads. At the end it was obvious that there was nowhere near a cubic metre of material in the trailer because in the past a cubic metre would completely fill the trailer. I told her that but she said that it was the load and basically shrugged her shoulders. I decided to query the weight of the load (which had been recorded before and after loading at their own weighbridge) at the office before I departed and was told that it was just over a tonne. This was approximately 300kg short of the figure that I was told it should be. This confirmed my suspicion that I was being short changed and I said as much to the guy in the office. He could not deny this as the weight spoke for itself and asked me if I wanted more. I said yes and he contacted the woman on the loader to come back to load what she had missed. When she came she was not happy and wanted to know who told me that the weight of the order should have been around 1300kg. I told her that the information had come from her own office. She said nothing, did not offer any apology and went into the office, presumably to take up the issue inside. I have spent a lifetime driving front end loaders and anyone who drives one on a regular basis should have a fair idea of how to drive them and the approximate weight that each full bucket should carry. The driver of the loader at Oz Landscape supplies either had no idea of how to drive or didn't care if she short changed people. Either way, if this is the way business is conducted at Oz Landscape Supplies the customer is not getting materials at the advertised price. Once enough customers realise this the business will ultimately fail. I hope that I got enough pebbles in that trailer load to complete the job because I will not be going back again.
