        Currently building our home with oracle and are now 3+ months over our completion date. Its been 10 months into our build so far. Still no answer when we will be in our home. Would never build with oracle again.

        Unprofessional, unreliable. Signed our contract in 2020 and we have not moved in yet. Lots of excuses, but cannot supply a completion date and actually deliver it. Horrible experience. Phone calls and emails in New South Wales are not returned. In fact, I have given up on this company delivering my completed property. According to Oracle Building Corporation's verbal discussion our property was due for handover in November 2021, if I had a Site Manager, long enough to actually Supervise the work! It's now April 2022. We have had supposedly vandalism to our build, no Site Manager and the plumber failed to close a tap flooding the laundry etc. Carpets and kitchen cupboards had to be replaced. Our front steps were sub standard. Excuses, excuses but no delivery. Claiming for additional days due to rain, but the build is already overdue. Making claims about delays due to Covid and personal issues for those responsible for the build. The list goes on. Don't bother dealing with this company if you want your home built in New South Wales, they cannot deliver. If you live in the Hunter, steer well away!! In fact, we are now involving Fair Trade just to get a firm Completion and Occupation date. This company is not able to deliver. End of May 2022 - still waiting for finalisation of building inspection and Occupation Certificate. Even after being aired on a Current Affair there is no apology or even a written commitment on finalisation of our home. Properties that were built after ours by competitors, have been finalised and Owners have moved in. June 2022 ... The waiting game for the Occupational Certificate continues ....
