Leading Edge Computers Toronto

Went in to pick up a simple power supply to usb-c for a laptop. They tested the laptop with a new cable, and the laptop did not turn on. I had told them the laptop battery was flat. I had already purchased the chord from them and they happily gave a refund as they said the cord didnt work. Or I had laptop issues which I know I dont have. Went down to OfficeWorks and spoke to staff. We tried there and the laptop turned on with one of their chords. Which would have been the same. Simply because this store had not given this laptop time to charge from its flat state. Sorry to say, I didnt find them helpful and I do appreciate the refund. Yet I felt rushed to be pushed out the door as an inconvenience as it was right near 5pm. Wouldnt go again. Not willing to assist customers if it seems an inconvenience to them.

We have been customers of this business for several years and am only too happy to recommend them. In our most recent interaction with Leading Edge I brought a PC and a laptop in to the shop early afternoon without notice, had them both serviced, security installed and even had assistance carrying them to my car, within a couple of hours. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, I always feel confident when dealing with Leading Edge.

Rick and Lachlan built a gaming computer for me and loaded up some of my old software which I could not get working on my old computer. They did a fantastic job and friendly service too. Well done

Took my PC to these guys with a power supply issue. Also suggested I replace the HD with a SSD to speed it up.Wow what a difference. Great service and advice.Definately recommend.
