Detailed my family's boat charged 1500 dollars and would have lucky to had a washes the boat and once again tom doesn't reply to any text messages or phone calls beware

Great business. Tom and the boys are friendly and easy to deal with. Great spot to slip the boat. Highly recommend.

I gave Tom a chance to make good and once again got nothing in reply to my text messages. Drove the boat there for anti foul, leg and motor service, trim not working and starter motor intermittent issue. Time estimate from Tom 3 weeks. 15 weeks later and 3 failed attempts to retrieve it, I had it towed home with starter motor not working, bilge not connected, 2 dead batteries, solar panel and regulator blown. Had numerous attempts to make contact and most of the time I had to drive there to get anyone to talk to me. Tom previously did a good job but his service and workmanship now are beyond belief shockingly poor. Would not recommend them at all. Took my money for repairs they did not do.

BEWARE. This guy takes money for condition reports and then doesn't give them. Stored our boat there for a year, we always paid our fees on time however several items 'went missing' off our boat while stored there and several of our messages regarding either a condition report or our refund for the money already paid have been ignored. We will be seeking legal advice to recover this money. All we were asking is what we paid for or our money back. Very disappointed

I have had excellent service from Tom and the team at Alkira for several years now. Easy to get along with and they have done quality repairs on my boat. The concrete hard stand makes it easy to work on the boat.
