Some of the worst customer service ever experienced! Seriously reconsider who answers your phone to public enquiries. I require over 100 square metres of cork flooring and have just been so put off by the devastating poor quality of help I just received. I would simply love to see your product in action, not a huge ask & "I can't help you" in this day & age is not good enough. I'm going elsewhere.

I would not recommend this business, as we had a very disappointing experience with them. They have no showroom, and you have to pay for samples to be sent. We chose the coloured cork tile we liked (premium range) and ordered the quantity. The product supplied was nothing like the sample. It was far inferior and unfinished. When I questioned this, I was told that they would send me a bottle of the finishing coat, and that we would have to apply several layers ourselves after laying the tiles. Because the finish was just like an undercoat, we had trouble with puttying them. When wiping excess putty off, the colour of the tiles wiped off. It was a disaster. They admitted fault, and refunded part of the cost, but the floor was ruined and we were extremely disappointed. I don't want anyone else to go through what we've been through, or to waste time and money.
