        Worst Appointment system and receptionist. Happened multiple times that they made us sit for hours in spite of timely arrival for appointments. No convincing reason for not respecting appointment time. Height of unprofessional behavior. Never ever going back to this clinic.

        Dr Wong is one of the Best Dr. she is extremely professional and caring. I visit here mainly because of Dr Wong cos i doubt there is any Dr like her. However the pathology collector Vina is terribly rude and impolite. I get anxious anytime i have to get my blood taken by her.

        Visited them for serology test and had a consultancy with DR Sashi Sahu, she is sweet and patient and was very helpfull. I had a issue with the pathology guys they made a mistake, however the reception people are good and they emailed the right reports back to me.

        Dr Rubina Farhan is the best doctor, cannot recommend her enough. She has been my doctor for a while and I have followed her from her time in Kellyville to toongabbie. Thank you Dr Rubina, my family and I appreciate everything you do for us.

        Would not recommend. No point making a booking as they dont stick to the booking times. GP doesnt take care in listening to any issues.
