        Excellent customer experience at Specsavers in Katoomba. I was greeted when I entered the shop and offered assistance, that was very welcome. After patiently showing me several frames that matched the shape and size I was after, I was given the options of lens types. As I wear glasses all day everyday, I chose lightweight, suitable for all screen types, transition and multifocal. The completed glasses arrived back in the shop sooner than expected. I made an appointment at a time that suited me to get them fitted, that was another great experience. I didn't have to wait and the glasses were fitted and checked by another very pleasant and helpful optical assistant. I have been wearing them for a couple of weeks now and am very pleased to say they live up to the promise - besides being very comfortable, they do work on every screen, phone, ipad, computer and of course they also work on the written page. Great job, SpecSavers. Thank you.
