He was approachable & always contactable when we had questions and overall very helpful from the very first inspection all the way through to the end of the purchase. Thanks Mike for a great result. Mike was very positive about the property and offered some good suggestions to improve the value which we implemented. He kept us informed with feedback from open inspections and sent regular reports. We were happy the property sold before auction and Mikes negotiations brought the price in higher than expected. All in all I was very happy with the process and outcome.
