Rip Curl Newcastle

Great service! Took my watch in to get a new battery, turns out the whole thing needed replacing (under warranty). I had left Newcastle and they were able to ship it to a store in Adelaide for me to pick up on my way over to Perth. Really happy with the follow up from Ryan!

Today I Went into sand bar first lovely welcoming staff.. walked across the road and didnt even get a hello when we walked in, I asked the price on a drink bottle behind the counter & the girl goes all prices should be there and said it bratty like it was A dumb question , felt like we were annoying her by asking her a question or by being there, she didnt look up once, didnt ask us for help once, when we paid she didnt look up - didnt chat, absolutely like getting blood from a stone, which is a shame as the people across the road are legends.. today at ripcurl not a good customer service experience at all dont be shopping there again.

Just purchased the new Rip Curl flash bomb from the crew at Rip Curl Newcastle. I thought the wetty was good but the service was amazing. Great variety of clothing, wetsuits and boards. Highly recommend.
