        If you are looking into hypnotherapy for stress and anxiety, I would highly recommend seeing Julie! See paid a lot of attention to my goals and provided an evaluation of pre - post treatment (3x sessions) which was extremely professional. She is such a beautiful and kind person who makes you feel welcomed and heard. Will be back!

        Have been a pack per day smoker for 20 odd years. Patches, tablets and just plain will power didn't work for me at all. As a last ditch effort I called Julie to see whether hypnotherapy would work. After my 3 sessions, I can happily say that I haven't had a cigarette since my second session and have a completely new outlook on the giving up ( taking back ) process. Thanks Julie!!!
