Tamworth Eye Centre - Dr. Peter Hinchcliffe

I found this practice excellent from the girls on the front line to the drs in the consultation rooms. The bed side manner from dr Peter Hinchcliffe goes above and beyond in theatre ,cant thank him enough . Its very rare to find theses drs.

I went into today to pick up eye drops and the arrogance from the receptionist was unbelievable..it was like I shouldn't be there..she said we we closed...this was Thursday...after telling me the drops wouldn't be there then proceeded to question me if I had been told to come in there..she finally decided she would have a look in the fridge and yes..there they were..then she was rude to the poor man behind me telling him he should have put his papers under the door and not have bothered them...such arrogance..however I've been told by my friend Dr.Peter is a very nice man..

Dr Peter Hinchliffe was such an amazing help, the wait was so worth it. The results were immaculate. The joy I received when I saw my grandson smile was worth all the money in the world.

My husband & myself recently had cataract surgery with Dr Hinchcliffe. We are absolutely delighted with the result (after having worn glasses since I was 9 years old I no longer at age 76 need to wear them at all)...cant believe it! Dr Hinchcliffe is extremely professional & the staff at the eye centre is very accommodating and compassionate. Overall the procedure was relatively simple, (just day surgery) and we recovered very quickly. We couldnt recommend Tamworth Eye Centre more highly.

SO sorry I didn't leave a review 4months ago when I first attended this surgery. Had experience at the other eye place in Tamworth. Partner suggested we start paying rent the appointments ran so late and the staff so stressed. The front desk staff at Dr. Hinchcliffes surgery could not have been kinder or happier or more helpful. Brilliant. I had an emergency situation and though it was my first appointment, they fitted me into surgery. Could I have been the reason the patient mentioned above was bumped? I hope not. But I have NOTHING but praise for this surgery and every staff member. I'm hoping I was NOT the reason, but I'll ever be grateful they managed to find a surgery for me... I was terrified.. The procedure was confronting, but I could not have been in better hands and I have only praise and gratitude for the wonderful treatment I received from those front desk people, the nurses and the brilliant Dr. Hinchcliffe.
