        I applied for a personal loan yesterday. I have been a member for over 40 years now and despite having excellent credit scores and a proven ability to pay a car off at a higher repayment than the repayment requirements I would have had to meet for the loan I was declined because of a servicing issue. My reasons for the loan were valid and urgent. Discussed with the response. Will be closing my account and moving banks ASAP. When I had over 100,000 in my account the attitude was entirely different now I am suffering hardship the management kicked me to the curb. They don't care about the customer, that is all pr garbage.
