Useless waste of money. Would never use them again and recommend everyone I know to never use them. They kept going through staff like crazy and in the time period of our lot being registered we were given 4 different people as the previous had all left. Of course this caused things to be all over the place and due to this they didn't inform us or our builder of a court order on our lot which ended up costing us a further $900 due to having to reapply for building approval as we were not aware. Our mortgage broker ended up doing more conveyancing work when our lot was registered as they missed a lot or didn't do it correctly and needed our mortgage broker to tell them it was wrong
