I have completed 5 classes at SP Bathurst St and I can definitely say that every one of the trainers has been helpful, attentive, friendly, energetic, and they really know how to push you that little bit harder so you get the most out of your workout. I have noticed a difference in my muscles already (especially glutes and core)! Highly recommend :)

Studio Pilates Bathurst street is an amazing studio. The Pilates beds are the most comfortable beds in Sydney. I often get neck pain from Pilates classes, but here not even once. The beds are highly professional, protecting your joints and all the classes are just on another level. The intensity of the classes are also high and they are professionally put together. I could see improvement in my condition, form, body shape very fast. I tried a lot of studios and never came across with an all in one experience like here. Great trainers, who pay close attention to everyone, high intensity strong sessions, comfortable joint protecting beds. I can only recommend you try this studio

First time trying reformer pilates and I absolutely loved it! Ive been going to the gym for years but the 45min workouts that I do here get me every time and I feel so good afterwards! The studio is not so big, so you get more personalized attention from the instructors there on form and to get pushed to do more than you sometimes would think you can. The workouts have also all been different every time Ive been there si far (about 8 sessions) and Im already noticing results! Good for everyone from beginners to people whove done other types of exercise before! They have an introductory package where you can also check it out for a couple of sessions and see if its right for you too :)

Nice and helpful instructor. Would be great if the stretch part could be longer
