The professionalism and care Dr Jones has shown to us during our consultations, surgery and post op appointments is beyond anything we can ever imagine. My daughter did the double strabismus surgery 17 days before kindy this year. We were a bit worried as we werent sure if it was enough time. I was absolutely shocked to see her bouncing around as if she didn't even have an operation the DAY AFTER. Highly highly recommend Dr Jones and his team. Thank you!

I recently had adult strabismus surgery with Dr Jones. He was friendly, professional, confident and guided me through the whole process, answered every one of my many questions and eased my worries at every point - and I've had a great outcome from the surgery! I feel very lucky to have found him, and I'd recommend him to anyone. The team at SOS are also great - flexible, available and really helpful.

The gratitude we feel for the level of care provided by Dr Jones is immense. From the initial consultation, we were immediately reassured by Dr Jones' confident and calm manner. Our daughter required a short procedure for a condition which was not serious, but impacted her quality of life. After her surgery, Dr Jones took the time to sit down and throughly explain how the procedure went and what to expect post operatively. Dr Jones' generosity with his time left us with the feeling that he truly cared about the surgery and outcome (which has been excellent). It was necessary for us to contact Dr Jones following the surgery and he could not have been more gracious and reassuring, despite all the communication occurring after hours. We are so grateful for the excellent treatment and care provided to our daughter by Dr Jones.
