I have just finished my three year journey with Dr. Pitsis yesterday. Dr. Pitsis and his entire team has been super super super professional, patient, caring and understanding. Dr. Pitsis listened to all my concerns and addresses them along the way. The moment my braces came off I knew it was all worth the wait, my smile is beautiful and more importantly my bite is corrected. I can finally enjoy my meals without my jaw clicking and hurting. When I met Andrew and his team, I had already gone through two failed orthodontics experiences, including a badly attached retainer that was causing a gum infection. I was concerned he would kindly turn down my case since it involved fixing others' unsuccessful attempts without even having all the information required about what my teeth looked like originally. Not only did he understand inmediately the level of frustation, disappointment and exhaustion I was going through, he also showed the empathy my teeth never received in previous treatments, and offered me options with differents ways to improve this tricky situation. I am VERY glad I chose to start the entire process from scratch with him and his team. The journey was a walk in the park compared to the previous ones, steady and slow to avoid further trauma on my teeth but with obvious proper progress from day 1. Results exceeded my expectations and I love my new smile so much. This hadn't be possible without the assistance of the small army of super talented women that work with him. Special thanks to Taylor that accommodated my insanely ever-changing agenda every single time. Andrew, Taylor and team, thank you so much, big hug and see you soon in my 6-month check up!

The first time in my life I had braces, I was in primary school and it was the mid-80s. More recently, now middle-aged, I've spent years visiting Andrew Pitsis. I say years because after he perfectly fixed my crooked teeth, I ignored his advice, neglected to wear my retainer - (for months!) and my teeth moved. Again. So, his team has seen a lot of me. Happily for me, they are all very friendly, and unfailingly professional. All the good things you read here are true; Andrew, and his team, are unflappable; always smiling, and very obliging. But best of all - you can have full confidence in the results; Andrew knows his stuff.. And for the SECOND time now, he has fixed my crooked teeth. Go see him!

One of the best decisions I have made is trusting Dr Pitsis with my two children ages 9 and 7. He is an undoubtably skilled specialist orthodontist, my children always look forward to their appointments with him and the results so far are amazing. He seamlessly manages any uncomfortable moments for my children with his gentle and calming presence. The staff complement his unwavering professionalism and create a welcoming energy to the practice. I do not hesitate in recommending Dr Pitsis and his team to anyone of any age.
