Dr Eric Carter is the best. Highly recommended. Had been putting the dentist off for years due to fear He made me feel very comfortable the whole way through the removal of a very difficult tooth. I will be going back there for the rest of my life

Very bad experience! I booked the consultation 1 month ago and today I attended my appointment, only for the dental surgeon Weber Huang to very rudely told me to leave and go elsewhere and ripped up my patient details form, he seemed so impatient for any questions I asked . without explanation on what is the issue or next step in my treatment process. Now I have to book another surgeon, it just waste of time!Unbelievable!

Im absolutely petrified of having any surgery but I can confirm Doctor Weber Huang, made my experience a super positive and pleasant one. Dr Huang and his team are VERY professional, compassionate and gentle. Transparent communication from the moment I walked into his practice and couldnt be more efficient during my wisdom tooth removal. Aftercare instructions amazing! Following the surgery, he took time out to inform how to promote recovery and how to decrease the likelihood of anything dangerous occurring and provided informative content upon discharge to help with recovery and even included a medication schedule! Dr Huang really went above and beyond to make sure to make it a painless procedure. 10/10 HIGHLY recommended Vintage Surgical specialists for experienced, reliable, trustworthy and super hygienic dental work!! Thank you a million Dr Huang and VSS team. LEGENDS!

Where do I start with this: I only had a consultation with Dr Huang regarding jaw surgery so I won't go into their surgical results - however: - My expectation for a consultation is that I would be told the options available to me for the issues that I have. Instead, I was told "You should go to another surgeon if they say they can fix your problem. Actually, I would rather you go to a different surgeon." Without explanation, this statement is confusing and rude. If you're paying $250 for a 30 minute consultation, you're looking for answers, not more questions. - Another comment was "I can't fix that problem, if someone else says they can, go to him." Either the issue I have can be fixed or it can't. Honesty is valuable, but for the doctor to say I should "go to someone else" when he personally believes there is no surgical solution (I asked what he meant by consultation end), is ridiculously negligent. What could he mean? Does he mean I should get surgery with a doctor who he knew was incapable of fixing said problem so that he could demonstrate that he was right all along? A person goes to a consultation to get a doctor's opinion, not to see them flex their bruised ego. I want their opinion on what I should do in my position. I should also say that of course I would be getting opinions from multiple surgeons regarding a risky surgery, I don't need the surgeon I'm having a consultation with repeatedly mentioning that I should see someone else. - At the start of the consultation, I was told by the doctor that I had only sent them one x-ray image. This was very confusing to me, I thought I had made absolutely sure I had done my due diligence in preparation for the consultation. A consultation is only 30 minutes so I don't have time to figure out what went wrong. Overall, the session seemed rushed and they were looking to pump as many clients through as possible throughout the day. When I got home, I discovered that I had sent all the required documents and images so I called them up to ask what happened to my images. I was told that yes, they found them afterwards. No explanation, no apology. As a final note, jaw surgery is serious business and vague, sarcastic statements only serve to cause harm. I feel like these issues could possibly have been resolved if they weren't trying to cram so many people through in a single day to be more organised, have more breaks but who knows. Most likely, many clients have come to him with other surgeons' wild claims of their own ability so he's become jaded. However, it shouldn't be my responsibility to analyse the mental state of the surgeon I am getting a consultation with. There are other jaw surgeons around, if I were you I would look elsewhere.
