The Hart Centre - Sydney CBD

Working with the team at the Hart Centre for the past 11 or so years has been amazing! All the associates are client focused, the training we receive each year is of the highest standard and the support from the Hart staff is always exceptional. I highly recommend The Hart Centre.

My response to the 'Response from the owner'... You would have my details on file there - your organisation referred my partner and me to a relationship counsellor who operated out of a small demountable around the back of a newsagent on Hall St in Bondi Beach back in March 2021. As my rating would suggest, our experience with this counsellor over some 6-8 sessions was very poor and did our relationship more harm than good in the grand scheme of things. I must also add that she increased her prices twice over the two months that we consulted with her. Perhaps the worst part of our experience with this counsellor was that it resulted in my partner forming the view that relationship counsellors were a waste of time and refusing to try again with a different counsellor. While I won't get into the details in a public forum, if this counsellor's approach/attitude were indicative of a broader methodology promoted by The Hart Centre, then I can't, in good conscience, recommend your counsellors or services to anyone.
