Good luck trying to rollover from Australian Super. They made it almost impossible to get my money out. And they wont tell you why. They keep sending generic automated emails and their customer service team have NO clue. One even had the nerve to hang up because she couldnt answer my question. Please stay away from this horrible company.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY if I could give a minus start I would give minus 100 worst service, I am still waiting 7 days later for an answer, I call every day and NO response, I will be moving my SUPER

Stay away, run in the opposite direction. They would rather see a mother and child out on the street than do their jobs properly, 4 weeks since i started the process of releasing super under financial hardship, spoken to multiple workers, been run in so many circles, countless calls and emails, getting sent here there and everywhere multiple times knowing i don't drive and have a back injury and still it's not resolved. Ask to speak to a manager get told no, ask to file a complaint get told they have no form and that he will file the complaint for me. Contact Australian Financial Complaints Authority to ask for advice and they told me I should have been put though to the complaints line. Rest assured this is not over I will be filing official complaints.

They cancel your insurance without your confirmation and they hang up the phone when you call them.
