OMNI Ultrasound & Gynaecological Care - Sydney

We deserved better treatment than we got, and I can't recommend OMNI to anyone who has ever been late to an appointment. Pre-appointment reminders said to call if we were running late, however they didn't answer the phone multiple times in the lead up to the appointment. Our lateness over ten minutes resulted in OMNI cancelling the appointment, with no flexibility, kindness or compassion.

Stopped by their CBD clinic after a one hour drive and spent twenty minutes looking for parking on a Tuesday only to discover that they don't open on Tuesdays, despite the fact that Google states opening hours on Tuesday 9AM - 5PM. I only discovered this misleading information after speaking to one of their representatives over the phone. They don't even state their CBD clinic hours on their own website. Exasperation and frustration don't even begin to describe how I felt leaving the city after wasting an hour and a half of my day. DO BETTER OMNI. Give your clients and customers better information, to save them from wasting their time.

The kindest receptionist and scan practitioners I have ever experienced! I had Jodie, who was wonderful. She guided through the process with care and explained everything to me as she went along. The best scans for Endometriosis in Sydney!

Lovely staff. Ive been here twice and on both occasions, the ultrasonography staff - Dr Mercedes and Sharon have been pleasant, welcoming, extremely professional and very considerate. I would not hesitate to attend again.
