        After issuing a resolution against HBF which refused to comply. Instead of upholding their resolution, Ombudsman wanted to scam me by trying to get me to pay HBF 25000 pushed down to 6000.While the whole disputed amount is 2000 only. Their rep. Elle S. was rude and hung up on me .

        Terrible by all means. Apparently this place is not accountable to anybody and they are misusing this.

        I transferred my private health insurance to Bupa but had an issue with my policy. Bupa failed to address my complaint (i.e. no response) so I contacted the Ombudsman to intervene. Bupa called me within 3 days from the date when the complaint was lodged to the Ombudsman and resolved it amicably and promptly.

        Useless - you'll not get any of the covers at the price as per the website. (you'll never get the same cost irrespective of whatever options you choose and it'll be atleast $100 more per month) It's just a waste of taxpayer money or just a scam in conjunction with private health insurance companies
