        Went to this practice for an Aviation medical certificate for CASA and found this practice generally unprofessional with little to no knowledge of what is actually required by CASA by all Nurses and staff only to find the Doctor back his incompetent team instead of trying to makeup for their short comings. Wasted 1 hour of my time because they did not know enough to answer my questions at the time of booking to tell me what was actually required even though I asked them multiple times prior to attending my appointment. Have lodged a formal complaint against this doctor with CASA and his practice. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. Plenty of professional practices out there who actually care not to waste peoples time!
