I recently had the pleasure of Donna completing my root canal treatment. She is a fantastic endodontist. She gave an insightful breakdown of the procedure, discussed options and rationale for the treatment provided at the first appointment. The whole process was organised, coordinated and most importantly pain free. I cannot recommend highly enough. I found the reception staff friendly, welcoming and efficient.

My 12 old son was treated by Dr Donna Richards for a root canal. Dr Richards was exceptional. Talked us both through the entire process and was so gentle. Would highly recommend Dr Richards.

Doctors are great but receptionists are really rude, disrespectful and unpleasant to communicate. There are many negative reviews about receptionists being rude at this clinic and also words of mouth from my colleagues about them but I tried to put up with them a couple of times because of the skillful doctors I wanted to see. I had experienced both rude Asian receptionist at the clinic as well as the disrespectful one who rings patients as if they are doing us a favor. RECEPTIONISTS must go. Otherwise, I am done with this clinic for good,
