As someone who was incredibly sceptical about couples counselling, and how it could possibly help my partner and I overcome the situation we were in, I can say, with absolute sincerity, that our therapy with Tamara saved our relationship. Not only did Tamaras guidance help us work through our emotions and heal from being hurt, it helped us to properly understand each others perspectives and communication styles. Tamara has helped us to communicate effectively with each other, both day-to-day and during disagreements. I am a therapist and I have attended specialist training with Tamara on a number of occasions and have seen her in action.
