        Provided to us by our employer i reached out to AccessEAP and found myself feeling more aggrevated and upset after speaking to their counsellors. I have asked for an explanation and they have ignored my reqest to reveiw the incident and are just hoping i will go away. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

        I have called EAP twice over the past 18 months and I haven't felt confident in the skills of the people who call back. The counsellor was not equipped to handle the issue I was facing. I found the advise that I was given was from someone with a lack of experience and knowledge. I asked for a referral to a local counselling service rather than EAP both times.
