The office space here is top notch. Really high quality fittings, great meeting rooms and the overall feel of hte place is welcoming and a pleasure to work in. There is a fantastic culture in the place as well, everyone knows your name and all are very friendly. Highly recommend.

After almost a decade of using office space in various locations in Sydney CBD I can say that unless my family situation was not changing, I would continue working in Jon's spaces. I highly recommend the professionalism and "workspace" team environment that was always clean and to many I would say the "concierge" of services in office rental. Should I seek another office location in the city I won't hesitate to contact CoTen first!

I have run my business from the Co-Tenancy office on Clarence St for the past 4 years. The office provides a quiet, professional and very well located environment, with all the facilities I need and none I don't. It's the ideal set up to impress clients for short meetings or extended workshops. Jon and the team also carefully select tenants to ensure the right balance, with great networking opportunities. Highly recommended.
