    We chose a place specifically due to the entertainment book discounts This is a late review from Xmas last year This particular place wouldnt let us use 2 entertainment book discounts even though we were a group of 12 so we didnt get the extra $40 off Complained to entertainment book and they took a while to reply back but all they offered was to give back 2-3 places I already used in the book That doesnt make up for the $40 lost Been buying the entertainment book for years but after this experience I wont be

    I was a loyal member of the book but since they have turned digital I have stopped using. Their decision affected many people that were also very loyal , no one was given an option to choose to stay with the book, it was an executive decision to go digital. Not only are previous customers missing out but the charitys they were supporting. My grandmother & other friends of hers would use the book regularly & as a result of the company going digital they were then unable to as they do not have mobile phones, does that seem fair? I feel the company are doing a great disservice to those who have supported them through the years, a complete lack of integrity. On top of that they have not even offered clients a lower price for the inconvenience even though they are saving thousands on printing costs. I wrote to the customer service department explaining how it had affected those such as my grandmother & what they could suggest as such & do you know what their response was? Absolutely nothing, my letter was ignored. A company I once held in high regard are now an absolute disgrace! You should be ashamed. Are charities still receiving funds, how can we trust you? Think twice before supporting this organisation. If they are happy to ignore & drop loyal clients (of several years) I would not be surprised if others are losing from their decisions also.

    Every since I was a kid my family used this book and now I'm a parent I've been doing the same with my family. Slowing become less and less quality now since the app update and rebranding I have decided it will be my last time using them.
