I have seen what was one of the most pristine over 50s turn to a run down disgrace I've live here for 16 years and never seen such a mess you should be ashamed of your self 2 and a half years so far building a games room still not done no managers ATM I'm selling n g up enough is enough

Verry good until hometown took over. Now grass does not get cut cannot see over hedges as wee do not have gardiners that are willing to work. We pay $380 per fortnight for nothing not happy

Nil Stars. Lazy Agents. Office closes at 3pm and they do nothing to sell. How and why do these guys get paid? My father in laws property has been on the market for about 6 weeks and no communication from them. We chase the agent. Talk about non existent customer service but then they have zero care factor.

Recently moved into a Hometown Australia site in Sussex Inlet NSW and love it! The management have been so helpful, informative, and welcoming. They have gone out of their way to make our move go smoothly. Five star rating!

We have had a case of COVID-19 in our community hall and management say they are not responsible for closing it, not even for a week , as a safety precaution. No one here will make decisions to protect the health of over 500 people who live in the village . Sad to see lack of leadership.
