        They are always fix my issues that I have in one call usually. I have had a problem with items not arriving and they give me refunds on these most of the time. I can't say anything bad about them except for the wait time.

        Their dispute resolution system is appalling. They had all details for non supply plus reciept of funds on their own system and email from seller saying refund in order but no! Case closed no refund and no way to contact them by phone, email, message nothing. Seller hasn't got the money either I understand.
