I enjoying staying at Meriton Suites apart from one thing that really let them down. They charge 1.75% fee on debit cards - there should not be any fees on debit cards as it costs them nothing. Unjust policy and it needs to change

Their property management service is like shit. I got accountant Victoria Rossetto yelling at me to stop me calling her and hanged my phone up during the lock down when I treid to disucss a lease issue. She also held my over paid rental till 1 week after I checked out with no valid reason. And the manager Magdelena doesn't care customer service at all and she kept saying my issue got solved and whenever I mentioned I need one apology for being bullied, she went silent so till now I didn't get any aplogy or sorry . Their other team members for lease is also not approchable and they said their office is closed so can't take phone during the lock down ?I will pay a visit to their office to check out whoever they are can behave so arrogantly. none of other agencies are as shit as them . I sent them the google reveiws from the public here it's time for them to do a thorough restruction to kick out managers and accountants who don't know what the customer care is.

The view was fantastic from the room however it should be for $310 per night. The service at reception was terrible right from the moment I walked in, there was no parking (I had to pay $100 for the night at a parking station), the speaker for music was so bad I couldn't listen to it, the television only had local stations, the room smelt like body odour, the pool area looked like a rehab centre at a hospital. Do not go to meriton for any kind of luxury experience.
