Best & most trusted bank in my opinion . Head office is in a prime & prominent location on Sussex St. Solid performance even since my first bank book at school back in 1981 .

Hi Since many years I am with cwb but not satisfied their services in carlingford branch and online answers. I am totally dissatisfied with them the way they handle our issue I had been make long wait being an disable still the ask me to stand and talk to them out of privacy cabin to talk to them openly I was followed by one men everywhere and Since long fishy things are hapoening with me I had been told by 2 company I become victim of data breach And I was informed by bank suspicious transaction ocured on my account some one has hacked my phone find out my adress and list of jwellary keeping home abd as soon as data hacked in octomber november big stealing happen nearly 80 to 100 k worth of jwellary stolen which was not coverd by insurance fully I went in bank to check my statnent as my phone has hacked I avoid open any account on phone or do shopping I went to Melbourne branch they make big wait abd after that the person was not answering properly all my query didn't given me my last 6 m I nths statments Currantly came to sydney abd went to bank to collect statnents of one year she said u show I'd she has checked I'd, she has check phone pw and than she said now put net banking pe I said I try but I don't know pw I had try to put pw it was not working she gave me access account print out but refuse credit account stament And any quetion iask sge was getting irritated to answer finaly I came out without getting any print out and statnebts I clearly told them I need my bank sttnebt to check any unauthorised transaction They refuse told me print out from home computer which I didn't have it was very angry till today I haven't got any statment her service was too bed.

I rang up the Commonwealth Bank tonight at approximately 4.50pm or thereabouts. I was worried that a message I received earlier today was a scam message and that my debit card had been tapped into. I was fine, there was no fraud but I wanted to thank the Commonwealth Bank for keeping me waiting 78 minutes on the phone to speak to someone. I gave up in the end. The man who I initially spoke to did say the waiting time would be over an hour. It's not good enough. Their call centre is probably offshore like Telstra, theirs is in the Philippines and EBays is in India. Telstra are supposed to be bringing their call centres back home, or so their television ads say.
