Abe was professional and accommodating, and seemed like a nice person to deal with. His cleaning services were fairly good, although I would not call them affordable or thorough. Besides, for some reason I cannot comprehend, small furniture like coffee tables, a small toddler table and chairs as well as baby high chair are not included in the $100 cleaning fee (2 hours of cleaning) and come at an additional cost. Note: I didn't ask them to clean additional things, simply to include what was in my flat that I thought were part of the cleaning services. What kind of person quotes you for cleaning your flat's "furniture" and does not include coffee tables, a small table and chairs? I thought the first time they left without cleaning those items, they may have forgotten, but it became clear the second time it was intentional, probably to ask for some extra money. The owner's response is unreasonable. They never made anything clear and they were the ones who only offered me one time to work around.
