A very average experience and I won't be buying from the CBD store unfortunately. I felt the sales lady was not genuine and seemed rather pushy. I tried on a mix of dresses however none fit properly or i didnt like the complete look (I'm an average size 12). I kept being told many alterations could be made but no price could be given. She pushed hard for me to buy a sale dress that was 2 sizes too small with the concensuous that it could be made larger at an alteration place (very doubtful). Or that I'd probably lose a few kilos by the time I got married. Not a great experience. I've since had a much better experience at a different retailer in the North, that listened to what I needed and was more genuine and had stunning gowns for the same cost.

Visited the store with our daughter...dress assistant Kate was wonderful ,she listened to what our daughter wanted ....no pressure just a fantastic experience....actually we found the whole sales team great...

Absolutely amazing service. Kate was my dress assistant and incredible to deal with. She made me feel comfortable and helped me find my perfect dress! Everyone in the Brides of Sydney store were friendly and approachable. 100% recommended you shop here.

Very disappointing experience in both the dresses themselves and the customer service. I felt the lady who served me didnt really like her job and just wanted us in and out. I didnt like anything that was suggested to me, and was actually surprised at the lack of variety amongst their dresses. Prices were pretty cheap since there was a sale, but that is about the only reason to go in. So many nicer dresses in just about every other bridal store in Sydney. Despite their reputation, theyre very forgettable across the board.
