        The system lied to me saying I was competing with other applicants for an offer. After I did not receive an offer i rang the uni I applied to ask why I wasn't given an offer to be told I wasn't even eligible. $200 down the drain for nothing.

        I am completely unable to make sense of the offers I have received through UAC. The first offer was a nil offer - no university place was offered. I was told I was unsuccessful in obtaining a university place. This was random since I did not have an ATAR as results had not yet come out. I then got an ATAR significantly HIGHER than the cut off for my first preference. I was offered my fourth preference. Why? The second offer was made at a random time on a random day and not on the date specified on the UAC website. This is frustrating and upsetting. This system seems to be failing miserably.

        Rude, abrupt, dismissive, arrogant and hopeless. What a useless, unhelpful organization. Their cut and paste response to each negative review sums up their indifferent attitude
