      image I began training with Stephen in January 2019. He has a holistic approach to fitness and helped me identify my goals. During the time I have been training at Fitschool I have noticed my fitness, strength and motivation improving as Stephen has designed exercises that fit my needs, whilst guiding me through every exercise and every workout. I love the diversity Stephen offers as I have never done the same workout twice!
      Stephen is beyond well qualified to teach and train me to be the best that I can be.His formal education and his experience is extensive.
      On a personal note, Stephen is one of the kindest people that I have ever known. He trains with care and compassion and he does everything he can to help you reach your goals. He is a good friend to me as he is to every person who trains with him.
