We enrolled both of our children at this facility, and the progress they made was remarkable. The staff worked diligently with our older child to improve his communication skills, and we are forever grateful for their support and understanding. The teachers and caregivers were incredibly patient with our children, and we could tell that our kids looked forward to going to the facility each day. We highly recommend this facility to any parent seeking quality care and education for their children.

What a TERRIBLE attitude they have, especially the main or maybe she is a second person in charge dark brown/black hair lady (I shouldve taken her name down, really). So first time we came, I asked her for a tour, and she told me that I have to book online and she did inform me that they are fully booked and have about 90 kids on wait list which was fine for me as I dont require the daycare immediately but if there is a spot we will sign her up or maybe wait, or do it later, it depends and I wanted just to check it out. So then I booked a tour online as she recommended, however no one replied to my email so we decided to come the next day to the centre and ask again for a tour wheres this lady very rudely replied to me that I already told you that we are full kind of saying with the attitude like why are you even coming again here, I told you already. Then I said that no one replied to my email and we just want to have a look at your early learning center that is all. And it is not the fact that we will put my daughter on the wait list, we just wanted to have a look that is all, but she again rudely and very firmly replied we dont offer any tours, I already told you. Then I asked her, what if I want to put my daughter on the waitlist in 2 years time for a preschool, I cant have a look at your space? Then she said that you can only do it when the time comes. I was shocked, she just didnt want to let us in as Im guessing its an extra work for them. She was so extremely rude and unpleasant to talk to and had such a horrible attitude. If she is like this with adults, how can she be around kids then??? I would never feel safe leaving my child with such educator, and I really hope she is not an educator, as this would concern me having her around my child. I really felt she hates her job, it was disgusting to talk to such person. After such a first experience, I will never come to this early learning center again. I really hope that higher management can address this issue and this kind of person shouldnt be around children.

My daughter has been going there since it opened @Brushbox st, Sydney Olympic Park. She loves it and my family love it too. The educators are so sweet and supportive. The admin staff are so responsive to our enquires on time. My daughter has developed her confidence so much since she started going there and I'm really thankful to her educators. Since I'm so comfortable with the place I'm also sending my son this year Thank you everyone for your hardwork and for making me and my family part of the Woodstock@Brushbox family
