Reading through the reviews, I have seen others share similar experiences to me. I was also recommended by my beauty therapist to try their potent clearing serum but after 4 months, my skin became the worst it has ever been. Giant pustules which destroyed my confidence, were very painful and my skin looked red raw. I have been suffering with spots for years but never to this degree; size of the spots and amount of them! It was only after discontinuing that my skin cleared up again. O Cosmedics have replied to a few reviews saying this is purging and normal, but purging does not last that long or is that severe.

Products are awesome - immortal cream and cleanser / exfoliant but overall the buying process and website is a joke ! You need to hire someone that can deliver a clean, user friendly site that doesnt have tacky pictures that take way too long to load & really adds nothing to your current offering. Ive also encountered hurdles purchasing your products from local hairdressers (who must have a beautician on site to qualify as a stockist). They take 20 mins each time to put through products & tell me theyre filling out their suppliers forms ?! Outright ridiculous- all of it! There are other exceptional skin care brands & Im steering that way due to the ridiculous inconvenience in trying to regularly purchase your products!

I was first introduced to O around 2015 when my neighbour invited me to a beauty clinic launch. I was suffering from hormonal breakouts, so I was keen to try anything to stop the embarrassing skin condition. Since that day, I have loved everything about your products - especially the clinical strength of the ingredients. Having successfully purged my skin of all the nastiest by using a combination of products recommended by an O trained specialist, I now continually use a range of products to successfully target ageing, hydration & pigmentation. The best part is when people comment on how great your skin looks and that you dont look almost 40 Im off to buy some more Retinoic oil (delicious for my skin!), fruit peel mask (for a weekly peel at home) & skin saviour B3 Plus to keep boosting my collagen

The products are quality but expensive. However packaging looks tacky. The customer service was disappointing. I emailed about a bottle lid that broke causing emptying of contents, o cosmetics told me to go back to where I bought it even though they are the original suppliers. I work in customer service and I know they could have sent me a new product to compensate me. I am no longer using their product because of this incident, it left me feeling ashamed and as if I had done something wrong.
