Emergency locksmiths are definitely the Fastest Service than ALL OTHERS I called today! Unlocked my house, even had the time to replace another lock and even help me with carrying a sofa. Great service, mannerable, respectful.

Mike was a lifesaver this week, when I locked myself out at 3:30am. I ring so many different companies before I found emergency locksmith, mIke came quickly & opened the door even faster. He'll be my go-to locksmith from now on.

Do not use these locksmiths. They are untrustworthy. My wife and I got locked out of our apartment and got a bunch of quotes between $100-200 and chose these guys who quoted $120 cash. The locksmith (Dion) came quickly and unlocked the door with a piece of plastic in 10 seconds - no tools, no lock picking. It didn't seem right to me that it was so easy so the next day I had a close look - turns out our Lockwood deadlock was fitted incorrectly which resulted in the bolt not locking, so the plastic between the door and frame could easily slide the bolt back. I was disappointed that: 1) the locksmith said nothing about our incorrectly fitted lock which was doing nothing for our security. I only discovered the issue the next day after researching how the lock works. What sort of a locksmith identifies an ill fitted lock and says nothing to the customer? 2) the locksmith still charged us $120 even though he needed no locksmith skills to enter. I'm sure an honest locksmith would have told us why the job was so easy (ie the lock wasn't working), and then charged us a fair fee for the 10 seconds of work required. The next day I called Dion and 'Emergency Locksmiths' main number the next day to express my disappointment, but was not allowed to speak to the business owner and no explanation or resolution was offered. I recommend you find another locksmith who you can trust. EDIT: the owners response probably tells you everything you need. Total inability to take responsibility for poor service. No ownership for failing to comment on an ill fitted lock. No decent locksmith finds a broken lock and doesn't tell the customer. Take your business elsewhere :)
