Very disorganised: the staff have no idea how to fix their system error. Took 5 different staff to figure out which button to press - one said red button, then another said green a few minutes later, next one said red another minute later, then another one to come and said green. No wonder the queue was getting longer and longer.

This is my third time (booster) at the centre. It has always been very well managed and the staff were very friendly and professional. I think the people who gave those low ratings reflect more about themselves than the tireless health workers who are there serving the people.

Appalled by the huge fuss made over my child receiving a goodie bag after his second vaccination from one of the nurses. We hadnt even requested for anything. We were handed the goodie bag when we sat down for observation. The entire observation time we were there, we had to hear an unnecessarily loud talk about why my child shouldnt have received it. Had half a mind of returning the bag (which consists of a tiny box of 5 colour pencils and some handouts) but my child had already started colouring with them. I dont understand why the nurse who handed it out couldnt have been told in a polite manner or after we had left. Absolutely no respect or consideration for their own staff or the public!

Great experience, I had my booster this valentines day and it was really quick and everyone was nice. The nurse who gave me my shot was really nice and asked me if I had my brekky (I think her name is Ms Jiang (?)). I didnt have one as I was in a hurry, so she asked her colleagues if theres a bottle of water and a biscuit - which they have and gave them to me.
