Absolutely disgusting customer service. Never answer the phone and when you get through they are rude and ignorant. Do not go with branded financial services there a headache and will rip you off the first chance they get. My company went into liquidation so they throw $10,000 worth of fees on to the loan.

No one answers the phone at all since Jan 2023. last time i got through there was a Very Rude lady who sent me someone else's statement. Maybe they fired her and left the phones unattended.

Only went with branded because the dealership forced us too. Honestly, would have been better to just walk out. These days there are two ways you get finance, either get a loan with a set interest rate, or get no interest and calculated fees. Branded are different in that they are the worst of both worlds. They will charge you fees like a 0% interest company would while charging the highest interest rates on the market. If you try to work with them to arrange payment dates they will just charge you at the regular time and again at the time discussed. They rarely charge the amount discussed and I could honestly swear they do it on purpose to screw you over and add fees to your debt. Never had an issue with any other finance company like I do with Branded.
