I have moved in 4 weeks ago to Scarlet Building facing south and east. This building absorbs too much noise from the Australian Ave and the Train just curved around the building. Train operated 5am to midnight with 10 mins interval, noise peaks at 75dB.

We moved in a month ago into the Scarlet building cannot speak highly enough of the staff and teams working to make sure the residents at this address are looked after. From the Res by Mirvac team (Christine and Georgia) managing our property, to the Mirvac Settlements team (Nathan), to the Proactfm Building Managers (Jan & Anthony), these teams and people are irreplacable. The quality of the development is unquestionable, having being built less than a year ago. Sustainability focused fittings and environment, lush community garden, on-site gym, bbq, community rooms and shared leafy seating spaces really help making living here a relaxing respite from the busy world outside. If you're looking for a home or an investment that sets the bar high, look no further.
