I purchased a Tyent water machine from Tony after having several conversations with him over the phone, he explained in detail how the machine works and also gave me a very realistic timeframe of when I would need replacement filters. The machine arrived with a week, packed and secured very carefully to avoid any damage, the replacement filters also arrived in the same format, the following day. Tony offers one of the best customer care services I have ever had with a company, he is always available to reach by phone and if he is busy he always calls back. Purchasing a water machine from Tony is not a one off experience after the sale has been made, he was on hand to help me with installation and FaceTimed to make sure I understood the process. We purchased the Tyent UCE-11 Water Ionizer a couple of years ago and it's been in constant use since day one. We're very happy with the product itself, but the service offered by Tony is second to none. He's always been happy to answer any of our questions, and offers lots of useful information related to the product, health benefits, etc. Highly recommended product and customer service.
