Performance Property Advisory

We just bought a property in Adelaide thanks to Performance Property Advisory. They helped us in the whole process from providing advisory based on our case and goals, then finding the property and advising on all the requirements needed until the settlement, and handing it over to their property management partner who was also amazing finding a tenant. We didn't have to look for external parties (broker, lawyer, etc) as they work in partnership with some. For us that was our 1st property in Australia it was a very good experience, and will definitely recommend them and work with them again.

I partnered with PPA to purchase an investment property in Bendigo. David Robbins was able to secure the property off market due to his relationship with local real estate agents. Dave takes all of the hard work out of the process for you and ensures your property meets their strict investment criteria. The purchase was easy, and then Laree Rossignoli was able to secure a tenant in my property shortly thereafter, achieving an above market rent. 5 STARS will certainly be using PPA again for the next purchase.

I bought my first investment property through PPA and the experience was all round first class. Great understanding of my requirements, deep diligence, excellent handling of the transaction and seamless transition to ongoing management of the property. Hoping to see good returns from this investment over the next 3-5 years.
