our stair was broken for more than 1 year. nobody attended to fix it. the residents put a flower on the broken spot and barricaded it for safety :) i believe strata is just a rip off.

I feel the need to warn people who are considering to employ Irvine Strata Management as their strata company. Our complex was left in much worse state that it has ever been since we had them in charge . Communication is lacking their documentation and records were so poor that our new strata agency who took over from them commented themselves they have never seen anything like this in their 28yrs of experience in the business. They have no sense of ethical practice or the need to be accountable and transparent in the practice. They should not be allowed to operate.

Dont cry because it happened, smile because its over. Theres almost identical reviews here so I wont bore you with the detail. In March 2022 our apartment owners complained about broken windows requiring urgent replacement as we were heading into winter. Irvine Strata Mgmt took 9 months and managed to produce just 1 quote in that time. After following up for months (and deciding to do their job and get quotes myself), they refused to acknowledge their incompetence and cited the companies they normally used were very busy. Again, in 9 months they produced 1 quote. They refused to cancel our contract when we requested it without charging us exit fees so we anxiously waited another 6 months (15 months after initially requesting those windows quotes) until we could finally switch to a competent strata company. 15 months later, we still only had the 1 quote and our apartment owners have had to go through 2 winters with broken windows. Unresponsive, unaccountable and lacking transparency. An insouciant culture of not caring for clients.

Unfortunately Google does not give minus star ratings. Irvine Strata Management are woeful and a complete dissapoinment. We pay a lot and get nothing except poor service. Our strata fees have ballooned under Irvine's management. TONY, LEAVE US ALONE.

This email was sent 3 weeks ago and nothing is done. Hi George &Tony It has been 14 days since my last email and 19 days since the concern raised, issues remained as it was: A. no notice posted seen as discussed in the email below. B. the lock is not fixed, although a new notice board is fixed lately, would it be practical to get the lock fixed at the same time in that visit? C. Please kindly advise reason for the above and when the notice will be posted. There was an incident early this year reported as you may or not know, getting the security building front door fixed to fit its purpose will be likely to reduce the likelihood of reoccurance.
