437 / 5.000 It has the worst customer service, there is a lady who is very rude, I think she does not understand that Australia is a country of people from different countries, I have received bad treatment, they did not give me the information I needed and after all, a very lady abusive, she tore up a piece of paper where I had the information, it's a lack of respect, I think they should be more careful about what type of people they hire to work in customer service

Surry Hills staffs are so rude. When they talk with you it seems like always be furious. I hope that Auspost will improve their services.

First and last time I go there. The same young woman that everyone is complaining about assisted me and was rude for no reason. What a frustrating experience. If youre not happy at your job, dont take it out on customers. Horrible service. Avoid.
