We're really glad Odette's our broker. She helped us rework our existing loans and buy us second property. It was a six-month commitment between locating the property and the settlement. Amid increasing interest rates and some changes in our work situations, Odette did a great job to secure us good loans. She kept us informed through every step and followed up time to time on action items from our end. We really appreciate her efforts. She demonstrated great patience and professionalism and was very accommodating with our naive questions and calls at the end of the afternoon. She made the whole process very smooth for us.
