I'm an australian citizen and my partner (wife) applied for the visitor visa (subclass 600, tourist stream) twice and got refused on each occasion because of not satisfying the GTE criteria. Then we took the service from Visa & Citizenship Lawyers and applied for the visitor visa (subclass 600, family sponsored stream) for the 3rd time. The entire team helped us to prepare a strong application, went through all the docs and evidence in a professional manner and lodged the application and my partner was granted the visitor visa. They didn't give us any false hope, always mentioned that there is risk of refusal again but worked hard to rectify the issues. We both were relieved to get the visa and we both thank them from the core of our hearts :)
